Booking and Appointments

Booking: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person at the salon. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time.

Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via email or SMS. Please ensure your contact details are accurate.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you receive your full treatment duration. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate other scheduled clients, and the full treatment price will still apply.

Health and Safety

Health Disclosure: It is your responsibility to inform our therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or specific concerns that may affect your massage experience or safety.

Consultation Form: If you are a first-time customer or if your health condition has changed since your last session with us, we kindly request that you take a moment to complete our consultation form before scheduling your next massage with us. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and by gathering some basic information about your health and any specific concerns you may have, we can tailor our services to best meet your needs.

Your information will be kept strictly confidential, and it will only be used to enhance your massage session.

Pregnancy and Medical Conditions: If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions or concerns, consult with your healthcare provider before scheduling a massage. Inform our therapist of any pregnancy-related or medical issues.

Contraindications: Some massage techniques may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. Our therapist will adjust the treatment accordingly, but it is crucial to provide complete and accurate health information.

Hygiene and Sanitation

Cleanliness: Our salon adheres to strict hygiene protocols. All equipment and linens are sanitized between clients.

Personal Hygiene: Clients are requested to maintain personal hygiene and arrive freshly showered for their appointments.

Privacy and Respect

Privacy: We respect your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and health history.

Professional Conduct: We uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full session fee will apply.

Quiet Environment: To ensure a relaxing environment, we request that clients speak softly and turn off or silence mobile phones during treatments.

Payment

Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including cash, and/or credit/debit cards.

Deposit and Full Payment: We kindly request a booking deposit of 20€ for any duration or any treatment. The remaining will be paid at the reception desk before the treatment starts.

Gratuity: Tips are appreciated and can be given directly to the therapist or added to your payment.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the treatment within the initial 15 minutes of the session, you are entitled to request a refund.

Gift Certificates

Purchase and Use: Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any service we provide. They are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

Expiration: Gift certificates expire one year from the date of purchase.

Liability

Liability Release: Sabai Sabai Thai Massage and its therapists are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during or after your massage session. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the treatment.

Feedback

Client Satisfaction: Your feedback is valuable to us. If you have any concerns or suggestions regarding your massage experience, please communicate them with our therapist or contact us after your session.

Reviews: Positive reviews on social media and review platforms are appreciated and help us grow our business.
